Eric Mohler: Heartland's clerk (and much more). Eric clerks each sale but also has the responsibility of assigning pens for the dogs. Eric makes sure each dog is penned according to AKC and USDA regulations.

Lin Beller: Assists with dog check-ins and also helping in the office on sale day. Lin's husband:

Don Beller: Don works hard as a ringman to make sure every bid is placed and you don't miss buying that awesome dog.

Sally BurdDVM: Our veterinarian, checks each dog for various problems. We are the only auction that employs an independent veterinarian.

Amanda Grosenbacher: Heads up the crew in the back making sure that all the volunteers have the dogs on the sale podium in order and in a timely fashion. This bunch is also careful to see that dogs have water and feed, plus they clean the pens as needed on sale day.

Tori Fine: This young lady steps up to whatever task lies ahead. Tori helps Amanda heading up the crew in the back and also is responsible for checking out the dogs after sale.

Lonzo Huffman: An unsung hero, Lonzo, baby-sits the dogs Friday night right up until sale time Saturday. He cleans, waters and feeds the animals throughout the night. Lonzo also is responsible for you and your dog's comfort keeping the building at a comfortable temperature.

Robbie Dukes: Robbie assists Don Beller with ringman duties and lines the dogs up as they approach the sale block so you always know what dogs are being offered for sale.

Jan Lippert: That friendly voice calling you each month to tell you about our sale. Jan also helps Amanda in the back or the girls in the office, another great person who "gets 'er done"!

Robin Wilson: Robin completes the crew in the office helping Lin and Debbie complete all the transactions to make sure you get prompt, accurate, and courteous service. Robin also does vet checks if Doc Sally can't be here. Robin is our cashier and does an excellent job making sure your transactions are accurately processed.

Tina Osborn: Tina has been helping from time to time with our sales but lately has joined Robin and Lin in the office to help you with your paperwork on sale day.

Debbie Grosenbacher: Debbie brings years of dog experience to the table. Debbie is our office manager and lately Debbie has assumed announcing duties, on sale day she sits on the sale block and provides pertinent information about each dog selling. Debbie certainly classes up the podium with her classy good looks!

Robin Dollens: Robin fills in where necessary, whether in the office expediting your paperwork or helping Jan and the kids in the back to make sure you take home the correct dogs.

Your Auctioneer: Hank is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. While there he mastered the art of bid calling and studied the laws, rules, ethics and valuation pertaining to auctions. Hank runs the day to day activities of Heartland Sales helping you consign your dogs and also answers many questions about our auction.
